Jennifer thinks she is pretty lucky to be able to combine her passion for homes and helping people into a career. She believes she will be able to give her clients a competitive edge when they need to sell their homes as a REALTOR® and a certified Expert Psychological Stager™.
Her love of homes and design started fairly early. Her mother had her own design firm and owned Heights Antiques in The Heights area of Little Rock, Arkansas. When most teens were reading pop magazines, Jennifer looked forward to the latest issue of Veranda, Southern Accent, and Architectural Digest. She had a college internship with a prominent Little Rock interior designer.
It was that passion for design that allows her to see the possibilities in other people's homes. Jennifer understands through her Expert Psychological Stager™ training that not everyone can walk into a home and see the possibilities. Sometimes you just need a little help. It's her desire to market and stage a home that will appeal to a broad audience that makes all this a fun and exciting opportunity.
Jennifer is also a trained Psychological Color Expert™. She understands how color can impact whether or not potential buyers have that love-at-first-sight connection to your home. Just modifying some of the paint colors in a home can have an enormous impact. She trained in staging and paint color under the amazing Kristie Barnett (aka The Decorologist), an award-winning stager, and designer who's work has been featured in numerous design and news publications such as GoodHousekeeing.com, ABCNews.Com, HOUZZ.com, USA Weekend, and The Washington Post.
In 2001 she and her husband renovated Wenwood, an antebellum home (circa 1842) in Gibson County. Both they and their marriage survived it. Click here to see the Wenwood renovation.
