I want to find out about your goals. Why do you want/need to move? When do you need to move? What is your timeframe?
Pricing
How do we (yes, I said we) price your home? What factors go into that? What does the market look like?
Preparation
What do we need to do to get your house ready to market? Are there repairs that need to be made? Are there cosmetic issues we can address? How can I help you stage your homes so it looks amazing when it's time for professional photography/videography?
Marketing
Photos and videos are going to be inportant so I can market your home on social media.
